Not Goodbye, But See You Later

Dear New Creation Church,

After a lot of reflection and prayer, I've decided to step away from my role in the Children's Ministry. My last Sunday will be August 24. This decision comes from a need to create more space for family, rest, and fulfilling my need to worship again.  

Being part of the kids' ministry has been a gift. I've loved getting to teach again and share in their curiosity and growth. I'll truly miss their laughter, their questions, their unexpected wisdom, and the joy they bring to every Sunday. I will hold on tight to the memories we've created over the past couple years. They truly have left a mark on my heart.

I'm grateful for the time I've spent at New Creation Church and for the opportunity to pour into the children each week. This isn't goodbye, but rather, I'll see you later.

Adults Pickleball is Coming Up!

NCC Adults! We’d love to have you join us on the pickleball courts on Wednesday, August 27th. We’ll be meeting at Pickleball Kingdom in Hendersonville at 6:15PM and games will start shortly after. To sign up and pay to secure your spot, please click HERE.

Confirmation at NCC kicks off September 7—and we'd love for you to be part of it!

This 15-session journey is designed for rising 7th–12th graders to explore their faith, ask big questions, and grow in their understanding of what it means to follow Jesus. Classes will likely meet Sundays from 5:30–7:00 PM, stretching through February, and consistent attendance is key—we'll be tracking it to help everyone stay on course.

Each student will receive a workbook, so be sure to register early to help us order the right number. The program culminates in the writing of each student's personal Statement of Faith, which will be celebrated during a special Confirmation Sunday service. It's a meaningful, memorable experience—and we highly recommend it!
